The process of buying in Electronicca its simple, Write down reference (which is on the very left) email me with the items number and qty desired to: sales2@electronicca.com and (if you agree with the price and terms in this page stated) I will email you with a PayPal link for paying items, pay for them and within 3-7 days you will have a registration number for your parcel. For small parcels average time from purchase to the day they arrive you its two weeks as items are shiped from HK. We will try to offer you the best prices.

If some items that you have purchased are not in stock we will offer a refund for those items or offer to send them free if possible with a target day when the stock its again ready.

Return policy, most of the items will be no returnable anyway if we have make a mistake with your item we will solve that and will be our charge not yours, if items are drop ship from other companies we will help you sending back items to our sellers but take into account that shipping back items will be on your charge. If you don’t feel secure and want to contact before buying to ensure you will not have problems with your item, do it as we want to give you the best service possible. Our items are new custom made or from the generic factories who sell to the big trade marks, that´s why we will be, maybe, the cheapest but with lack of support in many items and lack of warranty as in this cases are they who may offer you that.

For those of you wanting to resell our products on the internet we can offer a good drop ship service and warehousing but price of items can’t be lowered much more, notice items have a minimum order requirement.

The minimum order requirement its important, sometimes if you ask you may be lowered the minimum if you buy many similar items (capacitor or resistors different values each can count as for the total of minimum. For instance, 10 different values if there is a minimum of 10 to buy you already have that with those 10 different values)
